Is currently looking for: Internal Audit Specialist (Operations & Financial)
We are an expanding holdings company primarily invested in food ventures and a centralized commissary operations. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team in Mandaue City. This role is critical in ensuring that our operational processes are as high-quality as our food products as we keep our finances strong.
Key Specialist Responsibilities:
Operational Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of commissary operations, inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and food safety compliance.
Financial Audits: Review financial statements, records, and accounting practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential operational and financial bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to Top Management.
Process Improvement: Partner with Department Heads and Consultants to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for better operational cost-control and financial resource allocations.
Reporting: Prepare objective, clear, and timely audit reports for Top Management review.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. (CPA is a significant advantage).
Experience: At least 2-4 years of proven experience in both Operational and Financial Audits.
Industry Background: Previous experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or FMCG is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel/Accounting Systems, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Deployment: Must be willing to work in Mandaue City and visit commissary/outlet locations as needed.
