JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Weekly Audit of Employees Payroll
Monthly Audit of account executives monthly commission
Audit of accounts payable and cash voucher of supplier's advances, purchases, and other payables of the company
Weekly audit of account executives routing plan and cash advance liquidation
Audit of petty cash fund
Yearly filing and renewal of BIR Books for registration
Yearly Audit of VISMIN Plant
Audit of Employee's 13th Month pay 
Monthly payment of BIR VAT obligations and other necessary field works performed by audit
Conduct checking on production process implementation and validation of inventory records of finished goods and raw materials through actual counting
Conduct Audit investigation on reported irregular incident and prepares audit report and recommendation to the management
Performs other audit task directly assigned by the Audit Manager and the President
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
With at least two (2) years related experience in internal auditing and general accounting;
In-depth knowledge and background in internal control procedures;
Proficient in oral and written communications;
Willing to travel
