Job Description
 
Ensures that policies and procedures are being followed consistently in order to safeguard the company's assets, verify the accuracy and reliability of its accounting data, and promote adherence to prescribed policies.  Evaluates both administrative and accounting controls and prepares reports for the Accounting Supervisor and General Manager in compliance with company standards and on problems that require strengthening of internal controls to ensure the highest ethical standards are fulfilled.
 
Job Qualifications:
Has an Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting or any related course.
Must be literate in basic computer programs and operations such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Relevant work experience in offices or hotels is an advantage.
Has an excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
Effective organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial and employee files.
Should possess strong interpersonal skills, including very good oral and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of account practices/procedures and proven investigative skills is required.
