HIRING: INTERNAL AUDITOR
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Preferably Male
1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or public accounting, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of auditing practices, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
Proficiency in using audit software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex audit findings to non-technical stakeholders.
High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute internal audit assignments in accordance with accepted professional standards and company policies.
Evaluate and assess internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify risks and areas of improvement, and provide practical recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Conduct financial and operational audits, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor remediation plans to address identified issues.
Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring audit practices remain current and effective.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and management action plans.
Communicate audit results to management, discussing weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, promoting excellence in audit practices across the organization.
