General Qualifications:
Candidate must be a College graduate with a degree in Internal Audit , Financial Accounting or Financial Management.
With at least 1 year up of work experience as Internal Auditor.
Exceptional Accounting skills.
Knows how to offer insight and strategies within the company and its management.
Must ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Must be proactive in promoting work ethics within the organization.
Must assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contracts to ensure that management is addressing these requirements adequately.
Mature and independent; can relate with various level of organization
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skills.
Enthusiastic, positive and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent documentation , communication and IT skills.
Willing to work in Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting and reconciliations for internal corporate and bank transactions.
Process accounts payable, accounts receivables and payroll
Examine payroll and personnel records to determine worker's compensation coverage.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
