Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional decision-making skills
Organized and has quick analytical and planning skills
Demonstrate personal integrity, honesty, confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
Major Function
Responsible in providing an independent appraisal function to the Fast Group and its sister companies by examining and evaluating the organization's activities and internal control structure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts work in accordance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors as well as other professional auditing standards that may be applicable.
Prepares audit plans and performs audit procedures based on audit program
Conducts special projects or studies as requested by Management, Board of Directors or the Audit Committee
Investigates known or suspected acts of fraud involving company funds, property, and employees in coordination with management, officers, employees and appropriate internal legal counsel
Coordinates audit efforts with independent or external auditors, as well as any examination performed by regulatory agencies
Provides management with a preliminary written report of the results and recommendations of each audit, analyses, review or investigation performed
Provides a final report which will contain management's response and recommendations to the Audit Committee and members of management
Follows-up on actions taken by management to the CIAG's findings to determine if agreed upon internal control improvements have been implemented.
Distributes reports of management's actions to the Audit Committee
