Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Internal Audit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform J-SOX assessments and complete J-SOX assessment timely according to annual JSOX schedule.
Prepare J-SOX documentations and ensure quality submission of J-SOX documentation in all phases (DEA/OEA/ roll-forward)
Perform periodic audit on company's business processes/controls/ financial reports/ IT general & application controls.
Timely completion of audit according to annual audit schedule.
Perform site audit.
Prepare audit working papers and audit report.
Assist in co-ordination, liaising with counterparts from Regional headquarters (RHQ).
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
Good writing, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English, Chinese/Mandarin (both spoken and written), in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates on company's audit processes
Bachelor of Accountancy /Business with major in Finance/Bachelor of Commerce
2 to 3 years of external / internal/ financial audit experience
Prior J-Sox or US-SOX experience will be an advantage
