Duties and Resposibilities:
1. Prepare audit reports in line with the approved audit plan.
2. Report and discuss audit findings, recommendations and significant issues to the board of directors.
3. Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by the board of directors.
4. Provide to the board of director's efficient internal control measures for the organization.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned.
