INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Duties & Responsibilities
Comprehensive and Independent audits.
Conduct of a comprehensive and independent financial,
operational and compliance processes within the organization.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk
management procedures, and compliance with relevant laws,
regulations, and industry standards.
Detailed Audit Reports
Preparation and submission of detailed audit reports including
findings, recommendations, and action plans to address
identified deficiencies.
Investigations and Special Audits
Conduct of ad hoc investigations and special audits as
necessary
Internal control policies
Formulate important and necessary internal control policies for
implementation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
5 years experience in the related field or in a Real Estate Industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
