SOX Manager CebuWe are seeking an experienced SOX Manager to join our team in Cebu. The role is responsible for overseeing the organizations internal control framework, ensuring SOX compliance, and driving effective risk management practices across the business.Key Qualifications:
At least 7 years of professional experience (Big 4, professional services, or industry), including 4+ years in SOX and internal controls
Strong knowledge of SOX and the COSO framework; CIA certification preferred
Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record
Proven track record in project management, leadership, and team development
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex situations with composure
Exceptional communication skills in English and flexibility to travel globally as required
