QUALIFICATIONS:
-College graduate with a degree in Accountancy, from a reputable university
-Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
-Possesses at least 10 years experience in Audit, or an industry engaged in a manufacturing environment. With at least 3 years experience as Internal Audit Manager, or at least 5 years in a supervisory level
Experienced in preparation and execution of audit plans
-Honest, of high integrity and good moral character
-Well-organized, conscientious and meticulous with details, and strict with meeting agreed deadlines
-Flexible; willing to work extended hours to to fulfill or accomplish duties or tasks
-Can drive and with a valid Driver's License
-Proficient in using MS Office applications and computerized accounting systems.
JOB SUMMARY:
-Oversees the over-all operation of the Internal Audit department; reviews the audit finding reports submitted by his subordinates and makes all the necessary corrections and verifications of facts; ensures the 100% attainment of department goals in terms of recommending and implementing effective internal audit programs and procedures in the company
