Must be a Certified Public Accountant; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA
At least 12 years' experience preferably in accounting, finance, and/or audit. With three (3) years in a managerial role.
Solid understanding of accounting, audit and finance terms, concepts and principles.
Knowledge of organization's audit policies, standards and procedures. (for internal hires)
Ability to develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
Knowledge of financial record keeping procedures, laws, regulations & standards.
Experience in developing performance metrics and maintaining accountability in key areas of client satisfaction, quality improvement, audit and risk management system.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Understanding of IT control environment.
Aptitude in in exercising initiative, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving.
Possesses leadership qualities to aid in building, maintaining, and elevating relationships with CHH internal and external stakeholders and drive the achievement of business strategies and results. Qualities that would include, but are not limited to:

Completed a Basic Management Course, preferably with Lean Management certification.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Able to communicate in Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog.
