The Internal Audit Manager ensures there are adequate and appropriate internal controls in place to reduce both internal and external risks to the business' operations through the conduct of different audit types and audit procedures by the IA Department for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S Accountancy course or related
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) Certificate is an advantage
With at least 3-5 years in a managerial position
Proven audit experience and knowledge in any of the following (Internal Audit, External Audit and Continuous Improvement)
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of the organization
Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively
Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties
Ability to identify opportunities & threats, advantages & disadvantages, and potential problem areas, and anticipate their implications and consequences in order to take appropriate action and prepare for possible contingencies
Ability to sustain close and profitable relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries in business relationships
Ability to identify, prioritize, and manage resources (e.g. people, systems, space, equipment, supplies, funds, budget, etc.) to foster productivity and achieve goals.
