Job Summary:
The Internal Audit Head is responsible for ensuring all assets of the Club are properly managed and that business transactions follows consistently, establish accounting procedures and internal controls. The Internal Auditor shall perform internal audit function through which its Board, Senior Management and stockholders shall be provided with reasonable assurance that its key organizational and procedural controls are effective, appropriate and complied with.
Job Description:
Heads the Internal Audit function as per the Annual Audit Plan approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
Oversee day to day activities
Develops and execute comprehensive audit program for the effectiveness of the management controls
Recommends improvement of internal controls to safeguard club resources, promote growth and compliance to laws and regulations
Coordinates with External Auditor
Review of Standard Operating Procedures / Policies with the intent of improving these
Review and evaluate monthly financial statements
Conducts operational audit
Review of Contracts
Review of Expenditures
Review Analysis of Account for the Annual Audit
Implements comprehensive and realistic budget control for all functional department
Conduct special audits at the request of management
