Descriptions:
Perform J-SOX assessments and complete J-SOX assessment timely according to annual JSOX schedule
Prepare J-SOX documentations and ensure quality submission of J-SOX documentation in all phases (DEA/OEA/ roll-forward)
Perform periodic audit on company's business processes/controls/ financial reports/ IT general & application controls
Timely completion of audit according to annual audit schedule
Perform site audit
Prepare audit working papers and audit report
Assist in co-ordination, liaising with counterparts from Regional headquarters (RHQ)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
