Role Description The Internal Accountant will be responsible for the onboarding, and offboarding, in between, payroll Processing, Including But Not Limited To The Following Tasks Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, during employment, offboarding, company compliances, and HMO process. Accounts receivable and accounts payable management. Drafting and approving of payroll semi-monthly. Assisting with compliance requirements. Petty cash, credit card, and gas reimbursements, and other bank transactions. Recording & paying bills from rent, HMO, telephone, and other suppliers. Safekeeping of scanned, and physical copies of official receipts/sales invoices, BIR/HDMF/SSS/PHIC documents, and other files in the physical office. Preparation of management reports and reporting directly to the president. Other needed tasks needed in the finance department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA BS Accounting/Accountancy graduate, preferably CPA With 4-5 years of experience Xero PH knowledge is a must. Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team With long-term goals working with a growing company Can work with minimal or no supervision. Ability to innovate and propose new processes that will help in improving efficiency. Organized, detail-oriented and adaptive to change.
