. Work with the Office Leasing Team to achieve the Departments growth strategy by providing business support to brokers and agents.
. Work closely with Brokers and Agents in preparation of Pitch presentations and Marketing Materials
. Conduct market scoping and market research under the guidance of senior team members
. Prepare Client Reports and other related documents required to satisfy client needs and requirements.
. Assist on deal-related administrative functions including JCC documentations for invoicing requirements
. Liase and Coordinate with other administrative teams such as Admin and Finance with regard to deals being handled by the department.
- Handle day to day ad-hoc reports for client site inspections
