Job Description
Summer 2023 SMO Internship (3- month duration)
Roles to include:
UX/UI Designer- As UX/UI Designer Intern at Concentrix you will create world-class experiences for all our users. You'll work across with design, product, and marketing teams to put your talent to work.
Translate user stories and business requirements into effective designs.
Work alongside a UX Designer to conduct user research and usability testing to know more about the user's thoughts and perspectives on new or existing designs that will help to improve the overall experience.
Take part in user-centered design methods including user research & synthesis, exploration, storytelling, detailed design, journey mapping and prototyping
Design sitemap, wireframes, prototypes and UI.
Work with Visual Designers to evolve our brand identity style guide.
Help instil a human-centred and collaborative culture in the company.
Utilize design tools and processes to create new product design elements
Collaborate with Design System Team to enhance the current design system containing our re-usable design elements and components, style guide, WCAG compliance standards, and developer instruction
Product Owners- The Product Owner Intern will be a vital link between the business stakeholders and the development stakeholders of our software solutions that include home grown & 3rd party.
The candidate should be a self-learner and should exhibit professionalism. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as within a Team and work within the agreed timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Create detailed business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Create epics, user stories and maintain the JIRA board on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders and clear project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team's progress.
Review Test scope and Test case documents
Oversee scrum teams, ensuring delivery of features within estimated timeline
Assist the Product Owner and Manager in their activities as and when required
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Constantly be on the lookout for delivering better value to the customer
Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the client and the organization.
DocOps- The DocOps intern will be a vital link between the end users of a product and the development team of our software solutions that include home grown and third party.
The candidate should be a self-learner and should exhibit professionalism. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as within a team and work within the agreed timelines.
. Work cross-functionally with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides etc.
. Recognize dependencies related to product documentation.
. Publishing documents using relevant documentation tools.
. Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
. Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.
. Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
