Job Description
Engages in the different tasks and activities to help grow and improve the business through employer branding and recruitment marketing programs.
Will be part of the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing functions of the Human Resources Group's People Experience team. The candidate will have an understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service, notably as it relates to marketing to and attracting consumer or in this case, potential employees.
Graphic design expertise (i.e. posters, e-mailers, social media content, etc.) is needed as the successful candidate will support in the crafting of communication materials for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing purposes.
