Job Description
. Provides assistance to CNFM in Operating and maintaining the core network & facilities operations in Bacoor and Carmona MSC
. Provides assistance in maintaining the 100% core operations availability
Focus on the functional expertise related to IT, Telecom and Support Facilities Management
Performs shift routines, consolidates the output and performs corrective measures when faults are detected.
Capable of supporting shift equipment health check and back-up routines using macro script languages
Performs the following corrective activities for Fault Tickets (FT)/ Work Order (WO) and network quality/performance issues endorsed by SCC
Performs 1st level troubleshooting of on-site issues
Respond to system alarms as required to maintain system-switching operation
Provide support to Surveillance team, RSC, Field Operations and Technical Support teams in evaluating and resolving service issues.
Implements technical solutions to problems as recommended by Tier2 and vendors
Supports internal customers in survey, installation, acceptance of projects to meet timeline requirements
