Responsibilities
Work closely with workflow designers and business SME's during the development of the workflows
Liaise with BT for changes requiring additional data points, or system changes
Collaborate with BT and (potentially) the vendor for support during the development of workflows (when needed)
Receive specifications from the workflow designers, and implement them in the tool's native language (Groovy)
Assess whether a workflow requires BT QA testing or not (system load, performance testing, etc.).
Assess time/effort needed to implement changes Work with workflow designers and SMEs to identify alternative solutions or workarounds as needed Integrate workflows with back end rules & data points
