Prepare financial statements, reports, GST and tax returns for management review.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, GST, and other financial accounts.
Support your team, providing guidance where necessary and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Qualities/Experience:
Tertiary qualification in accounting and/or suitable accounting experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant in an accounting office.
Software proficiency should include Xero and related integrators and of course Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
