Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
Provide designs both functional and aesthetically pleasing - thoughtful and innovative designs
Versatile with different design styles and aesthetics
Wide knowledge on suppliers and market availability
Proficient in different design softwares : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
Great interpersonal skills, team player
Experience in project management and coordination with contractors and suppliers
With at least 2 years of relevant experience
 
Job Description:
Develop design concepts, color palettes, mood boards, and presentations to communicate and visualize design ideas to clients
Create design drawings, renderings, and layouts using different design softwares
Specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, etc.
Provide recommendations on color schemes, lighting, and spatial arrangements
Comply with building codes, regulations, and budget constraints
Closely collaborate with architects and suppliers to coordinate project implementation
