Job Description
You shall be responsible for; Design and Planning: • Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements. • Create detailed design drawings
Project Management: • Oversee all phases of design projects, from concept development to completion. • Establish project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordinate with contractors and engineers
Client Interaction: • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the project. • Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
Code Compliance: • Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction and renovations. • Site Inspections: • Conduct site visits to assess project progress,
Budget Management: • Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to control costs. • Source materials and furnishings that align with the project budget while maintaining design integrity.
Trends and Innovation: • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions. • Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices when applicable.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
