INTERIOR DESIGNER
REPORTING TO:
President/General Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
To develop and design concepts and produce contract documents based on Magna's needs
JOB PURPOSE:
The position “Interior Designer - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc.” consists of undertaking a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
Interpret and translate customer, interior designer, and architect needs into rough plans
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Produce “sample” and “mood boards”
Supervise work progress
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Conduct product presentations for potential clients
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The Interior Designer - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc. will work under the supervision of MNA but will also be expected to work under their own initiative. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance relationship with all the customers and staff.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Report to office but can work from home as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
BS degree in Interior Design or similar
Undergraduate also accepted
SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
Range: Php 15,000-18,000
