Job Description
Proficiency in all aspects of interior design. Able to lead and motivate. Advance skill in sketching and rendering abilities or literacy in design software. Entrepreneurial, presentation or communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize activities. Highly creative and attentive to details. Comprehensive knowledge of building, architectural systems, and applicable codes. Adaptable to organization's culture & processes.
Conceptualizes, develop designs and generates design solution requirements.
Selects and specifies material finishes, furnishing, lighting fixture and accessories appropriate for the project with the approval of the interior design head.
Supervises, monitors, and coaches junior interior designers involve in the project to ensure quality and timeliness of design deliverables.
Assists in management of client relations.
Implements research work.
Manages controls and updates interior design library system.
Prepares reports and analyses reflecting progress and research on innovation, trends and interior design materials.
Monitors staff performance, skills and develop strategies for career advancement.
Performs site supervision and inspection to ensure design conformance & acceptability of execution when required.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Architecture, Fine Arts-Interior Design, Certified Interior Designer.
Preferably 10 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Proficient in artistic designs and concepts.
Has creative and innovative ideas.
Must be willing to work in Makati City.
