Job Description
• Process intercompany fixed assets transfer based on approved request
• Ensures complete documentation prior to processing transfer
• Coordinates with concerned parties on details as necessary
• Process intercompany billing related to transfer
• Prepare reports at month-end
• Monitor aging of submitted fixed asset request and investigate delay on approval
• Support other month end closing activities
• Assist in special projects when necessary
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
• Background on intercompany and fixed assets process
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft programs required
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles required
