MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an Intercom Expert for one of our clients in Australia who is a fully licensed bookmaker that prides itself on customer service and professionalism. The client has developed with the best of breed cloud computing platforms to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience to their customers. Their passion is to deliver a world class experience to their customers across sport and racing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Merge/ migrate data through API set up to the new software (Intercom)
• Has similar experience in API, link and integrate other apps development and/or other CRM
• Launch email campaigns, email, and targeted push notifications.
Qualifications:
• A degree holder in any related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience using Intercom
• Familiar with APIs like LinkedIn, Facebook, Intercom, and Stripe
• Manage APIs like LinkedIn, AWS, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Intercom, and others for company marketing and related.
• Excellent English communication skills.
