About the Role
As Interactive Producer, you will work closely with our strategy, creative and development teams as well as our other studios on collaborative projects across the globe. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you will guide the production process. You will oversee resourcing, workflows, and bring creditable solutions to the table. You are crucial to the smooth running of projects. You will build strong client relationships, manage communication through the internal and external project teams, provide consistent and accurate project reporting, project planning, and ensure that expectations are managed and delivered.

Provide communications, management and strong executional leadership for cross-functional initiatives
You will have a thorough understanding of project SOWs, the client's requirements and be responsible for all aspects of your projects
Facilitate end-to-end design development processes between UX/UI, engineering and strategy teams
Build and maintain complex schedules for design deliverables
Communicate and negotiate expectations, dates and milestones with cross-functional team members, including project management, engineering, quality assurance and upper-level management
Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframe while coordinating and ensuring all parties follow the agreed workflows
Coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, and communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders
Manage day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables
Identify and escalate areas for improvement of existing workflow, processes and communications in an ever-changing dynamic working environment
Know at tall times the health of projects, risks, and implications to timelines
Ensure your projects deliver consistently against all contractual obligations, i.e., SOWs, SLAs and KPIs
Financial reconciliation on projects
Filter, interpret and streamline stakeholder feedback to the design team to ensure productivity and the creative integrity of the solution, and know how to navigate discussions regarding design best practices
Perform quality assurance testing on features developed by the icon team
Adhere to icon brand and style guidelines when producing digital content
Stay abreast of trends in latest digital technologies
Assist with development and maintenance of a digital asset management system
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Highly organized, results-oriented with experience managing UX/UI and holistic digital product development deliverable timelines
Highly analytical, able to interpret and translate data, dialogue, and aggregate into tangible plans and meaningful actions to drive results
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
You are a problem solver and a creative thought leader with excellent communications skills, including the ability to present recommendations to design team and review production details in a persuasive and influential manner
You require minimal direction working towards predetermined goals and are able to independently anticipate and problem solve while keeping focus on project milestones
You have demonstrated strong organizational and time managements skills with experience creating and managing budgets, timelines and production trackers
You have proven your proactive and collaborative approach to work with others with adaptability when budgets or timelines change
Very high competence in project management and collaboration software, i.e., Microsoft Project, Confluence, JIRA
Familiarity with OS and Android development, Android Auto, Unreal Engine, Unity Engine, Cloud computing, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript
Analytical and detailed in project documentation, accountability, and tracking
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience (or equivalent) digital design, UX/UI design, production or project management leading complex projects
Experience in helping to conceptualize and design digital content for Automotive Industry is a plus
Possess technical understanding of mobile and web technologies necessary to run projects and convey details.
