Our focus is on developing the very best mobile and web applications and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently looking for an Interaction/Web Designer to add to our growing team.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
A talented, creative individual with a flair for beautiful, simple, and usable visual design
Teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication skills are required
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Applicant must be able to accept constructive criticism from clients abroad
Has at least 2 years experience in Tailwind - CSS Framework
Must have a portfolio featuring examples of their design work describing their role in the project, the goal, and the processes they undertook to achieve that goal
Has experience in using Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator and the like
A college graduate of any computer-related course
Has the ability (and desire) to design and iterate in markup where needed is a huge plus. We specialize in responsive web design and find this practice to be the most useful approach.
Proficient with HTML and CSS
Knowledgeable in web technologies such as SASS and GIT
Javascript is a plus
An understanding of what it means to wear different hats in a small, dynamic team environment, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Practical experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment, with an understanding of what works and what doesn't in a professional-services setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizes information by creating visualizations of content, sequencing, and relating elements, preparing storyboards, applying principles of human-computer interaction, comprehension, learning, and aesthetics
Develops and tests prototypes by creating a look and feel of the concept and structuring information filtering and retrieval
Translate digital wireframes and mockups into usable HTML/CSS prototypes
Work closely with our developers to implement the designs
Help shape the process the team goes through for generating and refining ideas
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies

Due to COVID, this position is currently a WORK FROM HOME (WFH) position. Post-COVID we may open a co-working office in Cebu but workers can permanently decide to WFH if they choose.
This is a contracted position however after a brief probationary period we offer full healthcare reimbursement for the contractor, their spouse, and children, paid holiday leave, paid vacation and sick leave, internet reimbursement, computer and software reimbursements as well as professional development opportunities.
