Responsible for technical leadership ofall D2C relevant roll-outs in Asia Pacific(eShop, marketplaces)
Responsible to lead the integration of Marketplace integrator with internal SAP systems (P13, LOG, etc.)
Responsible to lead the integration of eShop integration with enablement partners along the O2C process both for Order Management and Warehouse Management
Responsible to lead ad-hoc integrations with local enablers in L2L markets (Malaysia)
Supports central team for creating a successful and fully automated content chain for both Marketplace and eShop operations (consolidation layer)
Analyzes, designs develops, tests, implements, and supports new integrations of various business applications (BeConnected, Loyalty solutions, etc.) within the architecture (Marketplace integrator, eShop)
Maintains the efficient operation of the end-to-end data integration process, including scheduling, error handling, daily maintenance and troubleshooting
Works directly with business on support-related issues with a high degree of responsiveness and resolution
Designs of EAI solutions architecture and software development
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experience in IT technical & operational support roles
Work closely with the wider technical team to provide functional and technology support on multiple systems to resolve complex issues.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their application (from troubleshooting remotely or assistance over the phone or email).
Understands all aspects of core systems configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes in the system.
Provide user help by answering how to questions that are specific to business processes or system implementation.
Analytical skill to resolve problem in timely manner
Able to multi-task, good time management and ability to work under pressure
Willing to work in a hybrid set-up
