Integration Developer
 
About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to join our offshore technology team. This is a senior technical role focused on building, maintaining, and supporting integrations between core business systems and third-party platforms.
The role is heavily focused on integrations and data engineering - including API integrations, EDI connectivity, middleware, and data synchronization - enabling the core ERP development team to focus on platform delivery and enhancement.
 
You will work closely with internal developers, operations teams, and external integration partners to ensure stable, scalable, and well-documented integration solutions across the business.
 
This role operates remotely from the Philippines and collaborates with teams working across Australian time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the SPS Commerce EDI integration end-to-end, including document handling, troubleshooting, and supplier onboarding support
Build, enhance, and maintain Shopify-to-ERP integrations for product, inventory, and order synchronization
Develop and support integrations for contact and sales data flows
Build and maintain WMS-adjacent integrations and data pipelines
Monitor live integrations, including alerting, logging, issue resolution, and proactive maintenance
Assist with the development and support of the online ordering and order allocation engine as required
Collaborate closely with internal developers and stakeholders on integration architecture and technical design decisions
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for all integration solutions and processes
Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production integration issues
Skills & Experience Required
 
Essential
Strong Python development experience (non-negotiable)
Demonstrated experience building and supporting REST API and GraphQL integrations
Proven experience integrating third-party business systems and platforms
Strong understanding of data structures, data transformation, and integration workflows
Experience monitoring, debugging, and supporting production integrations
Excellent written English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration across time zones
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience working with EDI standards and platforms
Shopify integration experience
Exposure to ERP systems such as Odoo
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics integrations
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, webhooks, queues, or event-driven architectures
Working Hours
 
This role supports teams operating on Australian business hours. Flexibility may occasionally be required to assist with integration deployments, incidents, or troubleshooting activities.
