Globe, is searching for a highly capable and dedicated marketing professional to join our Integrated Media team.
As a Performance Media Director, you will be at the forefront of our digital sales efforts, responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on various performance media activities. This includes managing search, social and other potential new channels to maximize traffic and conversions for Globe.
A test and learn approach is at the core of our strategy. We value data-driven decision-making, and you will be encouraged to experiment with innovative ideas and conduct systematic A/B tests to continuously optimize our digital sales efforts. By analyzing results and drawing actionable insights, you will refine our marketing strategies in real-time and stay ahead of the competition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with the Head of Integrated Media and Globe's Business Leaders to develop a robust Digital Performance marketing model that surpasses our business targets.
Devise and communicate effective seasonal media marketing strategies that align with the business's objectives.
Implement and optimize marketing campaigns to boost traffic, revenue, and maximize return on advertising spend.
Work closely with the Planning Media Manager to create comprehensive full-funnel media journeys tailored to our customer base.
Establish communication and coordination with agency partners as well as the digital growth team.
Participate in Integrated Marketing Meetings with other marketing leaders to ensure cohesive strategies and coordinated efforts.
Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
Oversee and manage Globe's performance media advertising budget effectively.
Nurture and maintain a strong relationship with media agencies to optimize performance and leverage industry expertise.
Conduct thorough competitive and industry research to enhance existing media advertising programs.
Pioneeringly explore and experiment with new media strategies to create innovative connections with our customers.
JOB REQUIREMENT
4+ years of performance media experience, including hands-on expertise in using tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SA 360.
Proven expertise in managing feed-driven campaigns, particularly in platforms like Google Shopping. Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling feed-based advertising will be crucial to maximizing the telco business's online presence and driving sales.
We require experience working with conversion KPIs such as sales units and revenue. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are a must, as we value a passion for metrics and turning data analysis into actionable programs.
