Responsibilities:
Help victims of injuries as you call pre-screened individuals for medical and legal interviews
Dial assigned outbound leads and manage inbound calls
Evaluate and analyze the client's responses to a series of questions
Help clients complete and sign necessary documents and agreements
Maintain healthy client relationships by professionally answering questions and concerns and by setting proper expectations
Be passionate about the service and enjoy working in a consultative service environment
Be results-oriented and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Must have at least 2 years of tertiary education
Clear speaking voice
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
At least 1 year of solid Outbound Sales experience
At least 1 year of continuous Customer Service experience
Strong customer service skills
Strong administrative skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
Willing to work full-time night shift
Should have no issues working onsite
Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends
Work Schedule: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
