Intake Coordinator (Onsite) - IT Park Cebu (Graveyard)
Salary Range: Php16000-P20000
 
Front Office Responsibilities include:
Manage Inbound calls from different sources, mostly involved in a patient’s care
Contacting Patients to confirm Admissions
Contacting MD offices to confirm patient PCP
Back Office Responsibilities include:
Managing patient admissions which includes gathering of patient records, insurance checks, etc.
Managing emails, faxes & scans
Processing of Electronic Charts
Staffing and Scheduling
ALL other tasks related to the care of the patient within the scope of support    
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Medical course, preferably Registered Nurses; Practicing Medical Practitioners – PT, Med Tech, Respiratory Therapists
Experience as Intake Coordinator or Customer Service of more than 8 months in a Healthcare account
For Registered Nurses, experience in a hospital setting of at least 1 year; for Other Healthcare practitioners, at least 8 months or more
Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written
Analytical & Detail Oriented
Fast Learner & willing to be constantly trained of new processes
Tech Savvy
Can work with minimum supervision; Proactive
Customer Service oriented
Willing to work on weekends, holidays & shifting schedule
