INTAKE COORDINATOR (ONSITE-DAYSHIFT)
 
Salary Range: Php 14,000-16,000  
 
Front Office Responsibilities include:
Manage Inbound calls from different sources, mostly involved in a patient’s care during US Evening shift (day shift – Philippines)
Back Office Responsibilities include:
Managing patient admissions which includes gathering of patient records, insurance checks, etc.
Managing emails, faxes & scans
Processing of Electronic Charts
Staffing and Scheduling
Managing Medical Records such as uploading of signed orders in patient’s charts, sending off orders for signatures
ALL other tasks related to the care of the patient within the scope of support
