The Insurance Sales Agent position will work within Member Services to drive new membership sales. A successful Sales Associate is expected to be friendly, persuasive, and be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Salary to include base plus commissions.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
High School/GED Associates or higher degree preferred
BPO Sales Experience is a plus ( not required)
Knowledge of insurance sales is preferred

Able to track calls, prospects, and appointments through SalesForce
Ability to follow and adapt scripts
Sales skills to handle objections and close appointments

Ability to organize sales prospect information
Ability to communicate complex healthcare information
Ability to be compassionate while selling
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision
Establishing and maintaining customer service through effective interpersonal communication, both verbal and written with internal and external customers
Essential Duties:
Answer incoming calls from sales prospects to generate new members
Make outbound calls to sales leads to generate new members
Utilize sales scripts to provide information about membership pricing and offers
Convert prospects to members by demonstrating how the membership and services meet their needs
Ensure accurate data entry into systems of relevant prospect details
Keep records of calls and record useful information in Salesforce
Skilled in problem-solving
Works independently and within a team
Technical Knowledge:
Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Email, and Internet
Call center phone software and/or operating systems
Salesforce knowledge required
