Qualifications:
College Graduate of any Degree, any field.
Preferably 0 – 1 year work experience in customer related position in an automotive industry
Knowledgeable in Car Insurance policy
Self-motivated, strong personality, results oriented, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with pleasant personality
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Service Oriented experts on customers’ car insurance policy
Follow-up calls to clients for renewal of insurance and assist clients with questions about insurance claims
