We're on the lookout for an exceptional INSURANCE ADVISOR with passion, energy, and exceptional interpersonal and sales skills to join our expanding team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 1 year outbound sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing)
Good communication skills. Someone who can keep and carry a conversation.
Opportunity to travel and get license in the US, all paid by the company. We prefer someone with valid PH passport.
Willing to work Onsite. Office is located in 1Nito Tower, Cebu City.
Must be available to start on ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare a quote and perform the closing of all prospective sales leads.
Perform sales calls to all leads in acquiring more accounts.
Prepare all policies for sales procedures in coordination with both internal and external clients.
Maintain knowledge of all underwriting, rating plans and ensure compliance.
Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures and maintain knowledge of all new products in line with the business.
Coordinate with clients to manage all expiration dates for policies.
Collaborate with clients to maintain efficient pool of referrals.
Prepare and update all sales records on a monthly basis and submit to the Operations Manager.
Provides assistance in all prospective sales campaigns.
Prepare and manage correspondence with all existing and prospective clients.
