About the Role
The objective of this role is to provide administration assistance to our insurance division to allow them to implement our clients insurance advice, and manage the existing book of clients with insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of insurance paperwork for clients insurance implementation and alterations
- Management of the dishonors for existing clients with insurance
- Assist with the rollover paperwork for existing clients with insurance
- Preparation and collation of documents for statement of advice document
- Drafting of emails to clients for review by insurance implementation team member
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in an administration assistant role for an Australian financial services company
- Basic knowledge on Australian insurance products is an advantage, but not required
- Experience utilising Adviser Logic is an advantage, but not required
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
Performance Goals
- Meets deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
- Fills out insurance paperwork correctly with minimal errors
- Able to think laterally, and apply learnings to other tasks
- Accountable for the dishonor process, and ensures clients are notified in a timely manner, and the client file is escalated when required
