The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists and Collections Agents who work with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful timelines. Job Brief
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and design content for the Learning & Development and Operations teams. This person will be a critical part of our team and will be responsible for creating a multitude of different content catered around the organization's needs including new hire training, recurring training and operational protocol. He/she should be a culture champion and will embody the company's core values.
The Instructional Designer will collaborate with the subject matter experts and graphic designer.
In this role, you should be passionate about writing relevant content for PicnicHealth's business operations. Excellent communication and impeccable writing and instructional design skills are essential. If you also have experience in content designing for e-learning courses and learning management system, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
Ensures regular collaboration with the Learning Delivery team
Partner with L&D and Operation teams to create training and developmental content by analyzing the requirements.
Owns the design and execution of training content and knowledge management
Responsible for developing the learning content by collaborating with different functional areas
Provides guidance in the design and development of organizational content (operation protocols, classroom and on-the-job training materials).
Writes and edits educational content, and incorporates current technology using learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge base to manage these materials.
Co-manages the learning management systems (LMS) as an administrator, uploads and tests the e-learning contents created in the LMS
Content Delivery
Support delivery of training curriculum and maybe required to deliver content (virtual or face-to-face)
Work with the Training, Operations and Employee Success teams to plan, write and edit technical documentation and manuals that explain complex information and a clear and concise manner
Share insights of appropriate methods on delivering training (i.e. managing classroom training, presentation materials, e-learning modules, blended learning approaches, training assessments and on-the-job shadowing)
Co-supervise the implementation and maintenance of web-based training. Designs, develops, and deploys e-learning content based on business needs.
Content Evaluation
Provide feedback on the progress of content projects. Drive the completion of Training, Operations and Employee Success requirements
Measure and gather data on the progress of programs, analyze the data and use a metrics-driven approach to develop relevant learning materials.
Continuously improve existing programs, ensuring alignment to current and future learning objectives.
Requirements
3 years experience working as a Instructional Designer or related field
Preferably with work experience in a startup environment
Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience writing actual learning content and LMS design
Preferably with work experience in a startup environment
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning/LMS platform and practices
Proficient in Google suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Ability to build rapport with employees
Bachelor's degree holder
