We are currently looking for a Course Developer to join our team.
Job description:
To design and develop high-quality new courses, and update and revise existing courses for commercial use by BSI's regional training business.
This role will require you to:
Design and develop courses using proven Instructional Design concepts and learning methodologies (such as ADDIE and Accelerated Learning) to produce high-quality outputs.
Guide and monitor the project work of Subject Matter Experts to identify target audiences, set clear objectives, design session plans, write storyboards, create content, compile scripts, and select assessment methods.
Utilize practical examples, case studies, and scenarios to achieve learning outcomes.
Design training so that the content is well structured, engaging, interactive, and pitched at the appropriate level and that it complies with certified body requirements.
Format, edit, and proofread own work, and the work of others, to improve quality and consistency and ensure that the training product development processes and guidelines are followed.
Prioritize and schedule the training product development to meet deadlines and development timeframes.
Recommend new course design solutions, development methods, and delivery styles to update training products.
Keep up to date with developments in learning approaches and technology.
