They can tell the story, you can tell the story, or they can blend the story of why your brand has entrusted the Makota team to elevate your handwear/headwear offering. Makota brings its own tools, systems, knowledge, and expertise to advance your accessory game in handwear and headwear. They are able to seamlessly plug into your platform and become ubiquitous within your ERP systems, product management systems, and overall business model on an as needed basis. Their clients are some of the most powerful retailers and major brands in the world. They are selective in who they work with and only want to be the driver of win/win partnerships. Job Summary: We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Responsibilities: Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs State instructional end goals and create content that matches them Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Create supporting material/media Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments Maintain project documentation and course folders Requirements 3 years working experience in instructional design and instructional technology Proficient in learning theories, instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Adept in using course development software and at least one Learning Management System Visual design skills and ability to storyboard With basic knowledge of HTML and Flash programming Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts Sound decision making and organizational skills BS degree in instructional design, educational technology or any related field Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal Benefits WHAT WE OFFER: Above-Industry Compensation Package Premium Healthcare Coverage and Life Insurance Fun Monthly Employee Engagement Activities Opportunities for Learning, Personality Development, and Career Advancement Permanent Work from Home Opportunity
