About the RoleThe Instructional Design Officer is primarily responsible in development of the
training roadmap for Sales, Leader and Partnership Academy. Includes training
programs, courses and modules designed to enhance competencies across
channels and partner organizations
Roles and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs.
Reviews training programs to assess potential for on-line delivery and redesign/enhance areas of the curriculum to be converted to E-Learning
Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content.
Plans and coordinates skill assessments and training.
Works with management to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
May facilitate training during introduction of new courses.
Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance.
Provides instruction and guidance to trainers. May include the design of computer-based training programs.
Accomplish adhoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time by immediate manage Learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferably Education, Communications
At least 2 years work experience in instructional design/e-learning
Knowledge in Finance, Banking and Insurance is preferred . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge on Captivate, SCORM, HTML 5 is a plus
