This position is based in Philippines.
About the Role
Maintain and improve contract capture rate for The Philippines
Sell Oncology Information System Upgrade and Clinical Linear Accelerator upgrade ( IGRT - Improve treatment result; RapidArc/HyperArc - Advance treatment; TechniqueMCO/RapidPlan - Advance Treatment; PlanningOncology Information System and Treatment Planning system Upgrade)
Understand the geographic healthcare policy and develop strategy to fulfil customer need
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Varian customers at the staff, management and executive levels (internal & external) to improve patient care policy (re-imbursement)
Increase customer retention and satisfaction by conducting regular research & assessment using internal and customer developed key performance metrics
Serve as customer advocate including the collection of product improvement requests, sharing of oncology community trends & best practices
Work closely, and when needed, take the leadership role for all types of customer escalations through reporting to resolution
About the Person
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Minimum 5 years' of relevant software, services sales experiences
Proven track record succeeding as a Sales Representative or Manager
Experience in selling software as solution (SaaS)
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Precise communication and presentation skills with the ability to positively influence others
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Local market knowledge in Philippines is a must; ASEAN regional sales exposure and RT is highly advantageous
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and Tagalog is preferred
