Work with Hiring team and HR as needed and applicable.
Provides leave/ absence decisions in accordance to local policies while making sure Project/ team coverage
Help prepare team back-up plans to ensure project support
Attend and Hold team/ project meetings as needed
Conducts process calibrations. Encourages Process Improvement initiatives & actual implementations
Can effectively create and apply different strategies to improve ongoing team performance
Can work extended hours/ changing shifts (AS needed and applicable)
Help identify cost/ team expenses and help manage/ zero out unnecessary expenditures.
Keep a team profile that will also include a record of team assets and timely return (when applicable) and other pertinent team/ employee information.
Help ensure all project meetings are documented with copies of SOW/ PCRs.
Qualifications:
Provide the last 2 year's Performance Rating. Preferably those who were consistently rated as Exceptional/ Significant Achiever (Top Performer) or Achiever (Meets Expectations).
Preferably those who already have a clear understanding of the TS Organization and nature of NCR's LOBs.
Good PC skills esp. MS excel and MS Powerpoint
Above Average/ excellent communication and leadership skills
Organization and time management skills
Definitely NO Schedule Adherence Issues
Decision making skills
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
