Description
* Responsible for ensuring effective interaction between Installation Section's field and office activities including but not limited to records maintenance and other technical clerical functions.
* Provides regular reporting to the Installation Head.
* Controls and organizes all documents (electronic or hard copy format) used by and provided to Installation Section for effective implementation of all installation work requests and projects.
* Works with the Installation Engineers and Sales Department in performing calculations to estimate the type and amount of labor and materials necessary to efficiently deliver the contract against the agreed specifications.
* Works with the Installation Engineers to help predict the timescales of a project and establishing the progress and completion rates, which has a considerable bearing on costs.
* Ensures data quality to support, track and report on project activities
* Provides jobsite/field assistance to Installation Engineers by coordinating jobsites concerns with respective department/s or personnel.
A person who is qualified for this position must be:
* A graduate of Engineering or equivalent technical course.
* Must be organized, hardworking and willing to work overtime with minimum supervision.
* With good oral and written communication skills
* With good estimation skills.
* With good skills in interpreting technical drawings.
* With good interpersonal skills.
* Attentive to details.
* Computer literate.
