Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of our clients following the initial sale. You will play a critical role in building and nurturing long-term relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and promoting customer loyalty and advocacy. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated about project progress, addressing their feedback, and managing their expectations.
Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure the final product meets client specifications and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements in processes and tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at engaging existing customers and driving the adoption of new products or features.
Provide ongoing product education and training to clients, ensuring they fully leverage the capabilities of our SaaS solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner, delivering exceptional service and support to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job.
Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Some knowledge of SEO on-page and off-page SEO techniques
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
