A Little About Us
Höegh Autoliners is a global player in Ro/Ro deep sea transportation services and operates the greenest fleet in this segment. The company owns and operates approx. 40 Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in global trade systems, making around 3 000 port calls yearly. Managed from a worldwide network of around 16 offices, our main customers are major manufacturers of new cars, heavy machinery and other rolling stock. We are working towards a goal of zero emissions by 2050 and have an exciting roadmap to achieve this.

You are a results-driven individual who is passionate about actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are very much interested to maintain and contribute to a successful customer experience from enquiry to repeat business. You have a proven track record in sales and business development roles, and working in a fast-paced environment excites you. Your ability to collaborate with other people is one of your strengths, and you are also comfortable to work without supervision.
You will work in our office located in Jacksonville, Florida and will report directly to the Country Inside Sales & Customer Services Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Have superior product knowledge to proactively answer customer enquiries and build trust-based relationships with existing and potential customers
Convert leads/queries into bookings to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage designated quotations by referring to tariffs/trade pricing and product portfolio.
Ensure accurate and complete quality of document data for the performed activities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver superior service to our customers
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business studies and/or experience within the field of sales and customer interaction, call center or customer service environment
Excellent communication skills in an international environment
Working experience from a shipping line or forwarder including understanding of legal/statutory requirements associated with shipping documents
Demonstrated relationship builder
Demonstrated success in sales/ business development roles
Proven ability to work independently
