Are you a sales enabler who enjoys demand generation and the onboarding of new customers? Sensient Food Flavors and Colors sales team is expanding and we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative who would like to be part of our success story!
Your mission will be to create demand generation with existing and potential customers through a proactive and dedicated approach, mainly via direct telephone/online contact with customers and occasional field visits to key accounts. The position is responsible for customers in the Philippines, and will be based out of our Laguna office.

This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization. This, together with your college degree and your experience in B2B sales, will be critical to make an impact in the business.
After that, you will focus on initiate and maintain sales and service with existing and potential customers for our Food Flavors and Colors business the Philippines. To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams. English fluency is crucial, and would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.
You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files. With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.

This serves as the company's production, technical and applications, and service center for the dynamic Philippine market for colors and flavors. The site, which is an accredited Silliker Gold standard included stringent procedures and documentation for, but not limited to, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP, includes its own warehouse, office, and applications laboratories.
